Return & Refund Policy

At Arteresting.store, all products are printed and fulfilled on demand by Printful. Because items are custom-made, we follow the return guidelines below.
1. Damaged or Defective Products
We accept returns or replacements ONLY if:
- The item arrived damaged
- The print is incorrect or defective
- The wrong item was delivered
To submit a claim:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Include clear photos of the issue

Printful will verify the issue and approve a remake or refund.
2. Returns Not Accepted
We cannot accept returns for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Wrong shipping address provided by the buyer
Each item is produced specifically for your order.
3. Wrong Address
If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- A reshipping fee will apply.
4. Lost Packages
If the package is lost in transit, we will file a claim with Printful.
Once confirmed, a replacement will be issued.
5. Do NOT Send Items Back
Returns must go to Printful’s fulfillment centers.
Do not send returns to our business address.
6. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once approved.
