🛒 Orders & Products
1. Are your products made-to-order?
Yes. Every item is made especially for you once your order is placed.
This helps reduce overproduction and ensures fresh, high-quality prints.
2. Who produces your products?
We work with Printful, a professional print-on-demand company.
They handle printing, packaging, and shipping for all orders.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders begin production shortly after purchase.
If you need to cancel or update something, email us immediately at support@arteresting.store.
If production has already started, changes may not be possible.
🚚 Shipping & Tracking
4. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location:
- USA: 3–8 business days
- Europe: 3–10 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
These times start after the fulfillment time (2–7 days).
5. How long does production take?
Most items take 2–7 business days to produce before shipping.
6. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
7. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Printful ships to most countries worldwide.
Some regions may have limited delivery coverage due to carrier restrictions.
8. Who delivers my package?
Carriers vary by location (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, DPD, etc.).
Printful automatically chooses the best carrier based on your address.
🎁 Returns, Refunds & Replacements
9. Do you accept returns?
We accept returns only if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The print is defective
- You received the wrong item

10. Can I return items for the wrong size or change of mind?
Because items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
We include size charts to help you choose the right fit.
11. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- Description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
12. What happens if my package is lost?
If a package is lost in transit, we will submit a claim with Printful.
After confirmation, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

13. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through:
- Stripe (all major credit/debit cards)
- PayPal
- Other local payment options depending on your region
All transactions are processed securely.
14. Do you store my payment information?
No. Payment data is handled securely by your payment provider.
We never see or store your card details.
📦 Product Quality
15. What printing methods do you use?
Printful uses premium-quality printing techniques such as:
- Direct-to-Garment (DTG)
- High-resolution printing for posters
- Embroidery (for selected products)
16. Are the colors on screen the same as the final product?
Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, but Printful maintains high color accuracy and quality.
